Our story 

The story starts with the founder and chairman Moses Chandran and his battle with alcoholism. Moses fell through dark times going sober and began to fall into the trap of shame and depression.

                   "When it was really bad I felt so ashamed and worthless that I couldn't even look at my own reflection without crying... Some days                      I didn't even feel human"

After months of fighting a losing battle, Moses began to lose hope that he could ever overcome his demons

​

                   "It dragged on for so long, I started to think real dark thoughts, what is the point of living like this? It all felt so meaningless" 

​

It was here where Moses' brother, John, provided him with advice and counselling that would prove a turning point. 

​

                    "He told me, my life has meaning regardless of what I'm going through. My value is not situational, it's intrinsic and can't be taken                       away from me... Then he told me I won't find meaning in life pursuing achievements, money and other frivolous things. He said                         I'd find it in helping and serving others...

                     He was right"

This started Moses on a journey of giving and serving others.

John's Vision became the opportunity Moses needed, to use his skills as an Optometrist, to help and serve others.
